Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept insurance?
I’m an out-of-network provider, which means services are private pay. I can provide monthly superbills that you can submit to your insurance if your plan includes out-of-network mental health coverage. I recommend checking with your provider to confirm your benefits.

I care deeply about access to therapy and reserve a few low-fee spots. While those are currently full, you're welcome to reach out and join the waitlist for reduced-rate sessions.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
Yes, I see clients in person in Herndon, Virginia, and in Arlington, Virginia.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes, I offer virtual therapy for anyone located in Virginia.
How much does therapy cost?
Rates for psychotherapy and EMDR sessions will be discussed during your free 15-minute phone consultation.
How long will I be in therapy?
That really depends on your goals and what brings you in. My approach is often deeper, insight-oriented work, which tends to be a slower process. Some people stay for months, others for years—it’s very personal.
What services are you unable to provide?
I am not a medical doctor, so I am unable to prescribe medication. I also do not offer ADHD or Autism assessments or court-mandated counseling. Letters for emotional support animals or disability accommodations are reserved for clients with whom a therapeutic relationship exists and are evaluated on an individual basis.
