Hi, I'm Grace (she/her).

After spending several years on my own healing journey in therapy, I felt a strong calling to support others on theirs. So, after 15 years in the marketing world, I made the leap to become a therapist. I’m a HAES-aligned, weight-inclusive provider who believes everyone has inherent worth and deserves to live a life that feels good to them.
I’m deeply passionate about helping people grow, heal, and step more fully into themselves and their relationships. Therapy with me is down-to-earth and grounded in trust, safety, and hope—where you’re welcomed exactly as you are, while also being gently encouraged to explore and grow in ways that feel meaningful to you.
I believe you are the expert on your own life, so my approach offers compassionate, personalized care that honors your unique history, identities, and goals. Together, we’ll explore how your past shapes your present, uncover insights that support lasting change, and navigate the challenges making you feel stuck.
The therapy approaches I work from are evidence-based and focus on de-pathologizing the person and their lived experiences. I consider it a true privilege to walk alongside you through life’s fears, challenges, hurts, and joys—helping you find healing, restoration, and a greater sense of purpose and belonging.
My Approach
Empathetic, Down-to-earth, Relational, Insightful
I work from an integrative perspective, which means I pull from a variety of therapeutic approaches to support you in a way that feels personalized and meaningful. At the core of my work is a relational, psychodynamic foundation, which means I'm especially interested in how your early experiences, many of which may live outside of conscious awareness, continue to shape how you think, feel, and relate today. This type of therapy is slower and reflective. That said, therapy isn’t just about insight—it’s also about finding practical ways to feel more grounded and connected in the present. I incorporate tools from acceptance and commitment therapy, parts work, relational and attachment-based approaches, nervous system education, Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size (HAES), narrative therapy, humanistic and person-centered modalities. I'm also trained in EMDR, which can be a wonderful support for processing trauma (*please see note below).
I believe that true healing happens beneath the surface. While we will absolutely work on things like coping skills and emotional regulation, many of the people I work with come to therapy wanting more than symptom relief—they’re looking for deeper insight as a means to experiencing lasting change. Just like a tree draws strength and stability from its roots, I believe that tending to the deeper layers of our experience allows for more grounded, resilient growth above the surface. My hope is to offer a space where you feel deeply understood and seen.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, body image or food concerns, or a persistent sense of being stuck, we’ll explore patterns with curiosity and care—always at your pace—so you can move toward living a life that feels good to you.
*I am an EMDR-trained clinician and am thrilled it has gained more popularity—it’s a powerful approach that has helped many people around the world. If you’re interested in doing EMDR with me, it’s important to know that my EMDR work is deeply rooted in relational and attachment-based therapy, which means we won’t jump into trauma processing right away. First, we'll build a strong, trusting connection so that the work feels safe and grounded. From there, we’ll gently explore your lived experiences and then process the emotional and relational patterns shaped by those experiences that still impact your life today.
